Educational Talent Search Program

Baltimore City Community College Educational Talent Search Program is one of the Federally Funded TRIO Programs. TRIO programs represent the largest pipeline of pre-college intervention services for persons from underrepresented groups. The program provides academic, career, and financial aid advisement to over 600 students per year, two thirds of whom must be first generation prospective college students who satisfy the designated income guidelines established by the United States Congress. The remaining one-third may include any student attending a target school or living in the target area who demonstrates or expresses a need for services.
