The Basic English Language Skills Programprogram serves students who are Maryland residents with very limited English language and literacy skills. Courses provide instruction and practice in conversation, grammar, listening, reading, and writing in the context of life skills. Classes meet during the day and in the evening in various locations in the Baltimore area. All classes in this program are free.
Students must take a placement test before registration. Please call 410-986-5430 for a testing appointment.
