Transcript Request Procedure

Transcripts may be requested in person or by mail only. Transcript Request Forms may be obtained online and at the Liberty Campus, Harbor Campus and Reisterstown Plaza Center.

In Person Requests (Liberty Campus)

Students requesting transcripts at the Liberty Campus can initiate and complete this process through the Student Accounting Office (Main 27) and the Cashier’s Office (Main 51). The process is as follows:

  1. Students should pick up a transcript request form from the Student Accounting Office (Main 27) and complete the form there. The office will check for outstanding obligations.
  2. Students will be directed to the Cashier’s window (Main 51) to pay the transcript fee.
  3. The Cashier will hold the transcript request form for the Records and Registration Office.
  4. The Records and Registration Office will pick up transcript requests forms from the Cashier and process them daily for 24-hour pick up, mailing and electronic mail.

In Person Requests (Harbor Campus)

Transcript requests can be made at the Student Services Office at the Harbor Campus Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Reisterstown Plaza Center

Transcript request forms are available in room 114A at Reisterstown Plaza Center Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

Requesting a Transcript by Mail

To make a request by mail, please complete and return the Transcript Request Form (click here to download the free reader). Requests made by mail should include where you would like BCCC to send the transcript, the date you last attended, your social security number, and a check or money order made payable to Baltimore City Community College. Please indicate whether or not you would like the transcript to be official. Official transcripts are usually addressed to employers, potential employers and other schools. Each transcript is $5.00 per copy. Please do not send cash.

Picking Up Transcripts

Students can pick up processed transcripts from the Office of Records and Registration (Main 103) during normal business hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

After normal business hours, requests can be made in the Evening Services Center in New Main 020, Monday-Friday,

5 p.m.-8 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
