  • Amount of awards may vary annually based on availability of funds.
  • The scholarship is not transferable to other colleges or universities.
  • Scholarships are awarded for four semesters (full-time study) or eight semesters (part-time study).
  • Scholarship recipients must maintain a 2.5 institutional grade point average.

Baltimore City Community College is committed to partnering with you to achieve academic and personal success! As a result, students receiving scholarships from BCCC are:

  • Required to meet face-to-face with an academic advisor at least twice each semester.
  • Required to attend two of the six Success Seminars offered each semester for the duration of the scholarship.
  • Required to receive career assessment, planning and job identification services through the Career Services Office prior to graduating or completing their major.
  • Required to participate in specific strategies supporting their academic and personal success including but not limited to orientation, workshops, seminars and service learning.
