American Association for Respiratory Care is an organization for RC professionals. The latest news in the field can be found through AARC Times Plus, the online companion to AARC Times, the organization's news magazine.

National Guideline Clearinghouse is a service of the federal Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Guidelines for all manner of health care professionals are here. Guidelines are developed by relevant professional organizations and sent to the AHRQ.

University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey has a respiratory care site, at which links to many resources are kept, including links to online journals. Not all the journals have full text online, so you may have to use Health Reference Center to retrieve articles.
