Mission The Clarence W. Blount Child Development Center is a program of the Baltimore City Community College. The Center serves a three-fold purpose;
First, it was established to provide a high quality child care program as a service to the students attending and the staff of Baltimore City Community College.
Second, the Center will also serve as a training site for specific academic disciplines within the college.
Third, the Center will also serve as a site where workshops will be provided for the community at large.
