There are several ways in which a student may apply for our program
1. Submit an interest form during a recruitment session at school.
2. Visit our office in Suite 260 of the Main Building on the Liberty Campus of Baltimore City Community College
3. Download a copy of the application from www.bccc.edu/upwardbound
4. Call 410-462-7435 to request an application
