Exit PowerPoint - You can still loose your work if you do not exit properly. To close the PowerPoint application:

• Click the File tab located on the upper left corner
• Click the Exit PowerPoint button.
• If you have not saved your work, you will be asked if you want to save it – Click YES and save your work.
