After registering for classes, you can secure your seat before your bill due date by choosing from a variety of payment options for students, parents and others to pay tuition and fees.
Visit the cashier’s office to make payment by cash, check, money order, or debit/credit card. If paying by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) the cardholder must be present with a valid photo ID. Make checks payable to “Baltimore City Community College” a valid photo ID is required.

The payment plan allows for tuition, fees, textbooks and supplies to be paid in monthly interest-free installments for a $30 processing fee each semester. Payments are automatically deducted from a checking, savings, or credit card account. For details visit the Deferred Payment Plan website. Enroll online between 4 a.m. and 11 p.m. through the Student Panther Portal using your Student Identification and PIN.
You can apply for financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (fafsa.gov, School Code: 002061)) beginning Oct. 1 of each year. To qualify for the Maryland State Scholarships Programs, the FAFSA must be submitted before March 1 of each year. Please allow at least 4 weeks for processing. Your classes will be held after aid becomes “pending”. If you have applied for Financial Aid and have not been awarded prior to registration, other payment arrangements must be made to ensure your placement in class. Allow 7-10 business days prior to the bill due date for processing. Mail checks or money orders (no cash) payable to “Baltimore City Community College” with a copy of your bill to ATTN: General Accounting (Liberty campus). Make sure your Tuition Remission form or Tuition Waiver form was faxed (usually by your Human Resources) to the Student Accounting Office, at (410) 462-7477. Employee and Dependent Tuition Waivers covers only tuition. Employees and their dependents must reimburse the College if they drop a class after the refund date or receive a D or below for a BCCC credit class. To verify your form was received, call Human Resources (410) 209-6007.
