• IT Services Staff Groups

    • Administrative Staff IT HelpDesk: (410) 462-7420 or Helpdesk@bccc.edu

    • Desktop and Lab Support: support all workstation as well as mobile device, essentially all client facing devices. Support students in the Open Lab and Library.

    • Network/Systems/Telecom: support all systems, email, network/ security, communications and Internet connectivity.

    • Enterprise Applications Support: Support the HP LAN legacy system as well as the ERP and ERP Project Management Office (PMO). Support FMIS and interfaces to various state and other agencies, includes providing data and datasets, cohort information and basic compilation/analysis to Institutional Research.

    • IT Procurement - navigates through the appropriate processes for BCCC/state specifications, quotes and oversight approvals.

    • Multi-Media supports events with Audio-Video needs.
