Dr. Marguerite Weber
Vice President for Student Affairs
As Vice President for Student Affairs at BCCC, Dr. Weber designs and builds new programs and services focusing on an integrated student experience that promotes success. She is a national speaker on institutional effectiveness, academic transformation for courses and programs, and faculty development in blended learning pedagogies and adapted high impact practices.
The author of numerous articles, Dr. Weber is co-editor of Academic Transformation: A Design Approach for the New Majority, Rowman & Littlefield., and The New Majority Student: Working from Within to Transform Higher Education, Rowman & Littlefield .
Prior to BCCC, Dr. Weber held leadership positions at Cabrini University, the University of Baltimore, Frederick Community College, Harrisburg Area Community College and Anne Arundel Community College.
Dr. Weber earned a Doctor of Arts in Community College Leadership from George Mason University. She holds graduate credentials in Institutional Research, Adult Education, Composition and Rhetoric, and English.
