Program Learning Outcomes

Information Systems/ Information Technology Foundations and Concepts: Students shall grasp the foundation concepts on integrated IT environment with applications to provide business solutions.

Operating Systems: Students shall demonstrate the mastery of configuring and administering the computer operating systems (including networked computers)  from the command prompt in a Windows-based and Linux/UNIX based environment.

Computer Support: Students shall demonstrate how to provide help and advice by assisting non-IT users and organizations with computer software and hardware related problems.
