The Office of Records and Registration at Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) upholds the college's academic policies and safeguards the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of all students’ academic records. The Office ensures compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation regulations, policies, and procedures. New students can apply to BCCC at the Apply button below. Your online application will be processed within two (2) business days.
Registering for Classes Using the New Panther Portal
BCCC utilizes the Panther Portal for class registration. Students, with the exception of those enrolled in School of Nursing and Health Professions (SNHP) programs, may register during their designated registration window. Enrollment in SNHP courses requires acceptance into the respective programs, and admission criteria for these programs vary. For detailed information, consult the specific program pages in the Catalog. Registration begins at 10 am on each registration day, according to the enrollment groups listed below:

Group 1 – Priority Registration Veterans Only
Group 2 – Advance Registration: Current or returning students who have registered within the year.
Group 3 – General Registration Begins for All Students.
