The Office of Records and Registration at Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) upholds the college's academic policies and safeguards the integrity, accuracy, and privacy of all students’ academic records. The Office ensures compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation regulations, policies, and procedures. Are You a New Student?
Registering for Classes Using the New Panther Portal
BCCC has a Panther Portal for class registration. Students can register for courses during their assigned time registration window. All registrations begin at 10 am on the day of registration, based on the enrollment groups listed below:
Registration Enrollment Groups - See the Academic Calendar / Catalog / Schedules for registration dates for the upcoming year.
Group 1 – Priority Registration Veterans Only
Group 2 – Advance Registration: Current or returning students who have registered within the year.
Group 3 – General Registration Begins for All Students.

Login to myBCCC using your BCCC email address as your UserName.
- Current students who have logged in prior to Fall 2022 can continue to do so as they have in the past.
- Your initial password starts with BCCC_ followed by your year of birth in four digits, your month of birth in two digits, and your day of birth in two digits (YYYYMMDD) plus the first initial of your first name.
Example:
John Smith was born on July 20, 1990
Initial password: BCCc_19900720J
Username: jsmith@student.bccc.edu
