Student Clubs and Organizations: Need to Know Information

Event Planning & Request Form:

Description: This form must be reviewed with your club advisor before being approved to host an event or attend any event associated with your club/organization and Baltimore City Community College.
Summary of things needed to start or continue as a club and organization:
- 5 members/5 officers
- At least one advisor
- A club constitution
- Club Registration Form
- Advisor's Pledge Form
- Officer's Pledge Forms
- A completed Budget Proposal Form
- List of all club members including BCCC email addresses.

- Annual 2024-2025 Registration - Student Clubs and Organizations
- 2024-2025 Officer Pledge Form- Student Club or Organization
- 2024-2025 Club and Orgs. Advisor's Pledge Form
- 2024-2025, Baltimore City Community College - Clubs and Orgs Budget Proposal Form
You must have all documents listed above, and have a meeting with the Student Life Advisor to officially start the new club/organization process. All forms and meeting request must be sent to vgrays@bccc.edu. Please allow at least 48 hours before you receive a response confirming your “New Club/Organization Interest Meeting”.
