TRIO Student Support Services Program (TRIO SSS), funded by the U.S. Department of Education is designed to empower students who are first-generation, low-income, or have a disability reach their full potential in college and beyond.

The goal of TRIO SSS is to increase the retention, graduation, and transfer rates of eligible students in need of academic support. Participants receive personalized counseling, peer-to-peer support, and a full range of services that enhance academic, personal, and career-building opportunities. TRIO SSS provides academic advising, workshops, cultural enrichment activities, guidance, support, and motivation to ensure students have the tools needed to have a well-rounded, engaging, and successful college experience.
