The Business and Continuing Education Division (BCED) offers courses designed to create opportunities for personal growth and professional development. BCED works with businesses, government agencies, and professional associations to identify training needs for the people of Baltimore.
Both credit and noncredit courses are developed in close collaboration with professional groups and College academic departments. BCED courses are offered at the Liberty Campus and downtown Harbor location, Reisterstown Plaza Center, workplace sites, and more than 60 off-campus locations throughout Baltimore City. BCED offers services in four primary areas: Workforce Development, Community Education, Adult Basic Education, and English Language Services.
