How To Make Website Changes

  • 1. Gather all of your changes in a Microsoft Word Document.

    2. Get Approval of changes from a VP and a Dean.

    3. Submit update request on the form below.

    In order to make website updates easy, a new process has been implemented.  

    To make an update, simply fillout the form above. 

     

    Subject Matter Experts (SME) will be assigned on a Division & Department level. 

     

    It will be the role of the SME to monitor and review their assigned webpages on www.bccc.edu.  

    SME’s will be trained and will have to sign a web content agreement.  

    Once an SME is onboarded, the SME will be reminded of website reviews as per their schedule.
