New International Students (Outside the USA)
Steps to Apply
Complete your international student application packet:

Submit your general BCCC Admissions Application

Submit the required supplemental documents listed below by uploading them to your application portal.
Required Supplemental Documents

Address Verification Form – signed by you and your host in the U.S.A.

Dependent (F-2) Request Form – signed by you. If you have no dependents, indicate “no dependents.” You have the option of answering this question online using the Supplemental Items drop-down menu.

Financial Support Statement – signed by you and your sponsor. Use one form for each sponsor.

Copy of your passport – biographical page only

Proof of English Proficiency (if English is not your first language) Please review the International Students / ESL Pathways Program page
Optional Documents

Secondary high school completion certificate

Official translated transcripts and supporting documents from all secondary schools and universities

Post-secondary credits earned outside the USA must be evaluated by an accredited evaluation service that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services(NACES)
After you have been accepted, follow the directions we send with your acceptance letter and I-20.

After we issue your I-20, the U.S. government requires you to pay a SEVIS I-901 fee
IMPORTANT note for applicants applying from outside the USA:
We accept applications all year. Please check with your closest U.S. Embassy or Consulate for current F-1 visa processing times to help you estimate when you will need to receive our acceptance letter and Form I-20 to arrive in the USA in time to start classes.
