Mayor’s Scholars Program
Earn an associate degree or complete a workforce training program tuition-free.
Baltimore City Community College is making college affordable through a last-dollar scholarship with the Mayor’s Scholars Program (MSP). This opportunity makes college and job training programs affordable and helps students move toward a rewarding career and financial security.
Eligibility
Application Requirements
- A high school graduate or has completed their GED (21 years or younger) in 2024
- Resident of Maryland
- Complete FAFSA or MSFAA
Continuing Student Requirements
- Must maintain a 2.0 GPA while enrolled as a full-time student at BCCC. (Full time student equals 12 credits per semester)
- Complete FAFSA
