Title IV Financial Aid Authorization Form

Completing the online Title IV Authorization Form allows BCCC to use your eligible financial aid funds to pay certain educationally related charges beyond tuition and fees, such as books, supplies, childcare, transportation, bookstore purchases, and other approved student account charges.

By selecting Accept (Recommended), you can help prevent outstanding balances and ensure eligible expenses are covered when financial aid funds are available. If you do not provide authorization, you will be responsible for paying these charges out of pocket.

How to Access and Complete the Form

1. Log in to your Panther Portal.
2. Navigate to Financial Aid Self-Service.
3. Under Responses Required, click View Questions.
4. Select Accept (Recommended) or Decline for each question.
5. Click Submit to save your response.

Students may change or cancel their authorization at any time by submitting a written request to financialaid@bccc.edu.

Complete the Title IV Authorization Form through your Panther Portal to ensure your eligible financial aid can be used to support your educational expenses.
