Kenneth Gillespie, author of Climbing from the Abyss, will be on campus Wednesday, Oct. 9 to discuss his life journey from tragedy, grief and addiction to a life of learning to help others. A graduate of BCCC, Ken went on to receive a master’s degree in Social Work before coming back to the College to work as an Academic Advisor in the Students Success Center. Come to the Student Services Atrium at noon to hear a Ken’s inspirational story. Light refreshments will be served.
