New students will receive an email when accepted that will contain the information necessary to access their BCCC email and Canvas

Forgot your password? ITS is working to automate the student password reset feature, so for now, please call the IT helpdesk at 410-462-7411 or email helpdesk@bccc.edu.
Adobe Express
To enable installation, you must first call the BCCC Helpdesk at (410) 462-7411 or email helpdesk@bccc.edu to request Adobe Express. Once ITS has granted access, you will receive an email with a link to download and install.

New Faculty/Staff do not activate their BCCC account. You will be able to log on and access your account on/after their start date.
