-

An email notification will be sent when your order (textbooks or digital) is ready for pickup at the BCCC Bookstore or when it ships.
Returning Textbooks

The deadline to return all rental textbooks is the last day of finals. Students will receive email reminders about the rental deadline to their student.bccc.edu email address.

What is the First Day® Complete program?
First Day® Complete is a course material model that may lower the cost of materials for students and ensures students have access to all of their required course materials on or before the first day of class. Through this new program, physical books will be conveniently packaged and provided to students on a rental basis, and digital materials will be delivered via a printed instruction sheet contained within your course material packet that can be picked up at the bookstore or shipped directly to you.
Costs will be included in your bill. The fee covers the costs of textbooks for the semester. Students have the option to opt-out of the program starting 30 days prior to the start of the semester. If students opt out, their account will be credited the fee amount.
At the end of the term, students will receive email reminders to return their physical course materials to the bookstore.
-
How does it work?
- Register for your classes and the bookstore will start preparing your course materials.
- One month before classes start, you will receive an email instructing you to select your delivery preference (in-store pickup or shipped directly to you). If you register within 30 days of class start dates, you will still receive the verification email within 48 hours. Once you receive the email, you may view your course materials page and confirm your fulfillment preference.
