  • Remote access for all Student Services is available.

Request A Laptop

  • Students who need a laptop to complete their course work can email the Office of Student Affairs at vpstud@bccc.edu with their request.
     
    Be sure to include:

    • Full name
    • Campus email address
    • Phone number
    • Reason for needing a laptop

    Student Affairs will contact you to discuss next steps.

Technical Support and Learning Management System

  • BCCC students needing help with logging into Canvas or myBCCC can follow the prompts below.

    Canvas and myBCCC
    BCCC uses Canvas, the online course platform. Every course at the College has a Canvas course site.

    Canvas is designed to facilitate and support learning online. Through Canvas, you can access study materials, communicate with your instructors, and submit assignments. Canvas is an excellent resource and we are here to provide the support you need as you continue the transition to online learning.

Online Tutoring

  • BCCC students have access to online tutoring services delivered through Canvas, giving students access to the Online Writing Lab, Virtual Live Tutoring and Offline Questions.

    Accessing Online Tutoring
    The first time you access e-Tutoring services through Canvas, you will need to login and follow a short set up process.

Student Support and Wellness Services

  • BCCC provides in-person and remote, confidential counseling services to currently enrolled students needing extra support with personal concerns affecting their academic success and general well-being. During this time, services will be provided by phone, video chat and text.
