Activate your account — New students will receive an email when accepted that will contain the information necessary to access their BCCC email and Canvas
Password Help — Forgot your password? ITS is working to automate the student password reset feature, so for now, please call the IT helpdesk at (410) 462-7411 or email helpdesk@bccc.edu
Adobe Express — To enable installation, you must first call the BCCC Helpdesk at (410) 462-7411 or email helpdesk@bccc.edu to request Adobe Express. Once IT has granted access, you will receive an email with a link to download and install.
