Requirements for MSP
- 2020 High School Graduate or GED® recipient
- Resident of Baltimore City
- No GPA or income requirements apply
- Must maintain a 2.0 GPA while enrolled as a full time student at BCCC

NOTE: There is no minimum GPA to enroll, however, participants enrolling to earn an associate’s degree or certificate must maintain full-time status and at least a 2.0 GPA, while in the program. Those in the job-training program must successfully complete all courses in the eligible programs.
Applicants for job training programs must complete the FAFSA or MSFAA to document eligibility for MSP.
