    • 2020 High School Graduate or GED® recipient
    • Resident of Baltimore City
    • No GPA or income requirements apply
    • Must maintain a 2.0 GPA while enrolled as a full time student at BCCC

    BCCC/MSP Application

    May 15

    Send unofficial high school transcripts to BCCC

    May 15

    Submit qualifying SAT/ACT scores to BCCC

    May 15

    Maryland Residency Verification form

    May 15

    NOTE: There is no minimum GPA to enroll, however, participants enrolling to earn an associate’s degree or certificate must maintain full-time status and at least a 2.0 GPA, while in the program. Those in the job-training program must successfully complete all courses in the eligible programs.

    Applicants for job training programs must complete the FAFSA or MSFAA to document eligibility for MSP.
