	Administered by: AllOne Health Baltimore City Community College offers a free and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all faculty, staff, dependents, and household members.This benefit is designed to support your mental, emotional, financial, and everyday well-being. What’s Included in Your EAP? 
 Counseling & Mental Health Support- Six (6) free counseling sessions per issue, per year
- 24/7 in-the-moment support from master’s-level clinicians
- Virtual, in-person, and phone sessions
- Self-guided digital therapy for stress, anxiety, and more
 Legal & Financial Services
- Free legal referrals for family law, estate planning, landlord/tenant issues
- Financial consultations with certified experts on budgeting, debt, retirement, and more
- Access to educational webinars and digital financial tools

- Childcare and eldercare referrals
- Housing, relocation, pet care, and home repair support
- ID recovery and interactive simple will

State of Maryland Employee Assistance Program

	In addition to BCCC’s EAP, employees in regular PIN positions have access to the State of Maryland EAP, offering: - Professional counseling and referrals.
- Support for issues like grief, depression, divorce, substance abuse, and more
 Supervisors may refer employees for work-related concerns.
