Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

  • Baltimore City Community College is offering faculty, staff, our dependents and household members Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Deer Oaks EAP Services provider. This is a free benefit to all employees. 

    The program gives you confidential access to:

    • Six (6) counseling sessions
    • Legal & Financial consultations
    • Wellness & Life support options:
      • Childcare and eldercare referrals
      • ID recovery
      • Interactive simple will
      • Retiree assistance

    To get help with the challenges you may be facing call 1-888-993-7650. Or, you can access the website at members.deeroakseap.com and log on using bccc as your username and bccc as password.

State of Maryland Employee Assistance Program

  • The States Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential, and professional assessment, referral, and counseling service available to all employees in regular PIN positions.
    Employees can consult with a professional counselor connect with resources for a variety of reasons, including:
    • Death in Family
    • Depression
    • Divorce
    • Drunk Driving
    • Emotional Problems
    • Family Problems
    • Gambling
    • Marital Problems
    • Stress
    • Substance Abuse (Alcohol and Drug)
    If you are a supervisor or department head, you may also contact the Office of Human Resources (OHR) to discuss the referral of employees if work-related problems have been identified at (410) 209-6007.
