WBJC Radio Station
WBJC at 91.5-FM is the public, non-commercial radio station licensed to Baltimore City Community College. Founded in 1951, WBJC broadcasts an uninterrupted, round-the-clock schedule of classical music and arts information programming. The station's 50,000-watt signal reaches more than 200,000 listeners weekly across Maryland, the District of Columbia and portions of the surrounding states.Throughout the year, WBJC broadcasts a schedule of locally produced and hosted classical music programming, interviews, and information about music, dance, drama, film and visual arts events occurring in Maryland and the surrounding region.WBJC regularly broadcasts programs featuring internationally renowned orchestras, opera companies and chamber ensembles such as: Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Rotterdam Philharmonic, Cleveland Orchestra, and Live! At the Concertgebouw; The Bayreuth Opera Festival, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Los Angeles Opera, Houston Grand Opera, San Francisco Opera and the Metropolitan Opera broadcasts; and WBJC features year-round the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Radio Broadcasts, and New York Philharmonic This Week with Alec Baldwin concert series.
WBJC's schedule also includes a number of unique programs produced in its own studios: Past Masters features older recordings reissued on CD; a panel of guests review new releases on Face the Music; the WBJC Opera Pre-Show; Toccata highlights all things keyboard; and Vocalise, a celebration of the human voice.
While the arts are WBJC's primary focus, the station offers non-arts-related programs such as Prime Time Radio, a weekly program of features which are of special interest to seniors, and Word on Wine, a weekly segment about all things wine-related. In addition, WBJC regularly airs interviews concerning issues of community interest about subjects as diverse as under-age drinking, day care for the elderly and public housing. WBJC is not only a source of entertainment and arts information, but for many listeners it is also a conduit to knowledge about issues which affect their health, welfare and happiness.

From the North and North West:
From the Baltimore Beltway, take exit 20 (MD 140) Reisterstown Road south towards Pikesville. The Reisterstown Road Plaza is a little over 2 miles inside the beltway. Once past Slade Avenue, look for the Applebee’s Restaurant on the right. Turn into the Plaza via Brookhill Road or the main entrance at Clarks Lane.
From the South:
Travel North on I-95 and take the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) West towards Towson. Take exit 20 (MD 140) Reisterstown Road south towards Pikesville. From the East:
Take Northern Parkway West to Reisterstown Road, turn right. The Reisterstown Road Plaza will be about 3 or 4 traffic lights up the road, on your left, Turn into the Plaza via Clark’s Lane or Brookhill.
Once at the Plaza:
Park anywhere behind the Applebee’s or on the side of Big Lots/Shopper’s World.
There is a gray/white office tower attached to the North side of the Plaza directly behind Applebee’s that’s marked “6776 Plaza North Tower” over the door. WBJC is Suite 202.
Take the elevator to the second floor. Go half way down the hall and turn at your first left corridor. Continue down the hallway turning left, past the water fountain, until you have arrived at our front door!
