Events & Programs

  • The Office of Student Life and Engagement provides an opportunity for students’ growth and development through social programming, leadership workshops, diversity, equity, inclusivity, and accessibility programming, community service and engagement, and more. Participating in student life is a great way to develop leadership skills, build lasting relationships, and find your passion.

Signature events and initiatives include Welcome Week, Panther Pride Week, Advocacy Day, and the Annual Honors & Awards Banquet.  Other events include leadership workshops series, educational initiatives, social events, community service events such as days of services, democratic engagement, and more.

The Student Center, MNB 07, is also a part of the Office of Student Life & Engagement. The Student Center has opportunities for students to play pool, table tennis / ping pong, foosball, air hockey, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, cards, giant Uno, and more. The Student Center hours vary and will be posted at the Student Center on the Student Life & Engagement bulletin board, and on Canvas. Hours are subject to change based on other needs and staffing changes.
