Student Government

  • Student Government Association provides a fair and just system of representation for every student at Baltimore City Community College. Through this representation, a direct line of communication is established from each student to the Student Government Association, the staff, faculty, and administration. These open lines of communication will foster a high degree of service to students and employees, in addition to providing students with skills and opportunities to be involved in advocacy on campus.

Through membership in SGA, students will have an opportunity to become involved as active leaders of the college community, assume responsibility to advocate and support their fellow students, act in the best interest of the student body and the college, be encouraged and motivated to maintain good academic standing for their own benefit and as an example for their peers and learn to treat all others with respect and dignity, and without judgement.

Student Clubs & Organizations are a meaningful and important part of the SGA. Please visit the Clubs and Organizations page for more information.
