Test Center Overview
The mission of the BCCC Test Center is to provide quality testing and institutional assessment services in an ethical and equitable manner within an environment conducive to supporting academic achievement while meeting established security and proctoring standards.
The BCCC Test Center is a member of the National College Testing Association (NCTA) and adheres to the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines.
The College is also bound by the privacy restrictions set forth in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
The following services are available to the BCCC community:
- Placement Testing
- Course Exams
- Other Proctoring Services (including exams for other college, certifications and specialized Exams)
The BCCC Test Center is closed when the college is closed (i.e. scheduled closures, inclement weather, etc.).
Office is operating remotely and offering services virtually.

Due to the Covid – 19 pandemic, all Testing Center services are suspended until the College’s physical building is open to service students. Testing Center staff are available to answer questions by phone at 410-462-7666 or by emailing: email@example.com.
Hours of Operation
Appointments are required for all testing except Accuplacer testing.Monday, Thursday and Friday:
8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
(Accuplacer testers may walk in 9am-3pm. Students arriving after 3pm will not be seated)Tuesday, Wednesday:
8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
(Accuplacer testers may walk in 9am-5pm. Students arriving after 5pm will not be seated)Saturday:
10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
(Accuplacer testers may walk in 10am-11am. Students arriving after 11am will not be seated. Academic advisors and other College services may not be available on Saturdays)
