Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) provides outstanding educational, cultural, and social experiences to the residents of Baltimore City, the state of Maryland, and surrounding areas. The College has accessible, affordable, comprehensive programs that include college transfer and career preparation, technical training, and life skills training.
The College provides a variety of student services that meet and support the learning needs of an increasingly diverse student population. BCCC is a dynamic higher education institution that is responsive to the changing needs of its stakeholders: individuals, businesses, government, and educational institutions of the community at large.
Steps to Apply

Submit the appropriate academic credentials to the Admissions Office:
- Official High School transcript (showing evidence of graduation) or
- GED Diploma (copy of scores) and/or
- Official College transcripts
- Are you a current student? Click here to register.
- Are you a returning student within on year of your last class? Please complete the Application for Admission.
The online application will be processed
within two (2) business days.

The Office of Admissions provides services, programs and information designed to help you meet your educational goals, including:
- Admissions Information Sessions and Campus Tours are the first step in helping you to determine your academic goals and to develop an educational plan. During an information session and campus tour, participants will have an opportunity to explore BCCC's various program offerings. You will learn more about the enrollment process including Placement Testing, Payment Options, Financial Aid, Advising and Campus Life. If you choose to participate in one of our Student Ambassador led campus tours we encourage you to ask questions about “What it’s like to be a student at BCCC?”
- International Student Admissions is for those students who are seeking admission under F-1 student visa status. An International Student Advisor is ready to help you understand immigration regulations and so that you can easily navigate the admissions process at BCCC. Transcript Evaluation is required of all students who have attended another college or university seeking to have college credit transferred. All successfully completed coursework may be used toward your degree or certificate program at BCCC. An Official College Transcript must be submitted to the Admissions Office from each institution attended.
- Special Admissions to Nursing and Allied Health programs are required of all students interested in pursuing degrees Nursing, Dental Hygiene, Physical Therapist Assistant, Respiratory Care and Surgical Technology.Students must meet with an Admissions Officer to learn of prerequisite requirements and the special admissions process.
- High School Early Enrollment Program allows high school students to dually enroll at BCCC. Ask a BCCC Recruiter or contact the Admissions Office for more information.
